Gay Sex is No Longer Crime in New Delhi

Rejoice y'all!

India has just made history and a strong step in gay rights. For over a century, gay sex in New Delhi would put you in prison for 10 years. However, the Delhi high court ruled that gay sex is not a crime and is a violation of fundamental rights of their constitution.

Now, this ruling is only active in New Delhi, but it still provides hope for the LGBT community in India.

Great news for our people!

What a shame the New Delhi is more progressive than the "great" state of Texas! It's still against the law here.... it's not enforced, but it's still on the books!
