Bush has finally realized that it's a disaster in Florida since Fay's hit. But I feel that's a bit late. He should have realized this earlier on, but at least his thinking.
But with this super storm hitting the similar states as Katrina, I'm hopeful that the same mistakes will not repeat itself. FEMA has to be on point! No questions about it! They need to get their act together and reach those people in a timely manner.
If they are let down this time, no telling what will come from this major disaster.
