Actually, he's the most talked about gay character right now, especially after last week's episode (He Came Out).

I LOVE Empire! And Jamal is great. He's the only "good" guy on the show. Now I like all the characters... but Jamal is the only one that isn't a back stabber or conniver. Of course, Cookie is the favorite character on the show. She really represents the ID of all women.
