That reminded me of chocolates I used to eat as a child, although I think the chocolates are infinitely more offensive.

It's another example of how things can be misinterpreted across cultural lines. While in America might take it to mean they are calling Obama an Oreo, it seems more likely that they are referring to the fact that Obama is black and in the "White" House.
Clearly, this is blatant Russian propaganda, designed to taunt the Americanites! Damn it to hell, all men to their posts. Man the nukes. It's war!
Russia is notorious for its racist sentiment. What else is new?
