Via Russian ad agency, Voskhod that it would be cute to capitalize on President Obama's fame.

That reminded me of chocolates I used to eat as a child, although I think the chocolates are infinitely more offensive.

It's another example of how things can be misinterpreted across cultural lines. While in America might take it to mean they are calling Obama an Oreo, it seems more likely that they are referring to the fact that Obama is black and in the "White" House.
