I do hope the courts find that this revision required the 2/3 vote in the legislature, the ballot, etc.
I think CA's vote initiative process has run amok on this one. Prop 8 is a hateful revision of law.
And Ken Starr's arguments, obviously he hasn't studied much about our forefathers.
There's a reason we have a representative republic (And not a true Democracy). The founders realized that mob rule, aka bread and circuses would bring this country to a grinding halt.
Starr on the other hand is a believe in mob justice.
