Word on several sites say that Jamie Foxx will be the shocking villain, Electro in the next Spider-Man movie.
And to celebrate this news, Jamie tweeted about it

Why do negroes only get lightning powers or super strength. He knows this isn't Black Lightning or Static right? LOL! Can't wait to see what the fanboys say about this. Ugghh!!
