Hedwig and the Angry Inch might have a Sequel

If you liked Hedwig and the Angry Inch, get ready for a possible sequel.

Vulture reports:
Journalist Kevin Sessums writes that he recently had lunch with John Cameron Mitchell, who just finished the first draft of a sequel to his 2001 musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch, originally based on Mitchell's own stage play. (Stephen Trask will return as composer.)

What's it about? "Let’s just say it’s something that could only happen to Hedwig — a phantasmagoria with dollops of brutal reality interwoven into its multi-media narrative," says Sessums.
This could be cute.

I love me some Hedwig. I also love the word phantasmagoria, which I have not seen nor used in a very long time.

I hope both return back into world. We need them right about now.
