Herman Cain: 'I would overturn the Supreme Court if they overturned DOMA’ - VIDEO
Herman Cain continues his one man sh*t show in these debates. Last night, he said he would overturn the Supreme Court if they overturned DOMA...
The real gag is no one else had anything to say. NOM's bloated Ken doll should have realized that gay marriage is not the candidates' main issue.

Does he live in a fantasy world? A president cannot "overturn" the Supreme Court. We have four branches of government that check and balance each other -- president, senate, house and judicial.
He can appoint new judges as Supreme Court seats become vacant and that's it. Dumb ass needs to take a basic high school civics court.
What i find interesting--and which shows what the other GOP candidates think of him as a viable nominee--is that no one called him on his idiocy.
They just let him say it, like, if he were ever elected president, he could "overturn" the Supreme Court.
