The Price Is Right is looking for a new model... a MALE model. Yes, the historic TV game show is looking for a male model to round out the female beauties.

“The search begins Aug. 30 with an open call in Los Angeles, where hunky hopefuls will be interviewed by TPIR producers and the four female models,” the article reports. “There, candidates will demonstrate verbal skills as well as the ability to pose and ‘properly showcase a product.’” The process will continue until September 28, “as up to six finalists are announced on The Price Is Right, the five-episode web series will launch (at PriceIsRight.com and YouTube.com/PriceIsRight), showing the wannabes engaging in assorted challenges.”This could be cute to watch.
Naturally, viewers can get in on the action by voting, the winner will score a one-week gig on TPIR that begins October 15. No word if the contract will extend beyond that period, but if it boosts ratings it’s certainly a possibility.
