Bill O'Reilly is an idiot. "If you were gay, would you be offended?" In my opinion, this is the mentality of a lot of anti-gay people. They think they can understand what it's like to be gay or called on the carpet about lifestyles.
This isn't the first time Snickers has been accused of being anti-gay. If you remember the Super Bowl ads from 2007, where the two mechanics accidently kiss. Snickers' website posted NFL player reactions using the words "disgusting," "gross," and "awful."
Maybe Mars is the problem.

Not only was it offensive, it condoned violence on a person who was considered doing something, "not-manly" enough. It was obvious to me that filming the speed walker from behind, making it appear that he was "sashaying" down the street did indeed present a stereotypical view of a gay man. Who are they trying to kid. If Mr.T. was smart enough, he would have seen what he was doing was a form of bashing a person for being the person they are. It that isn't homophobic, then he needs to attend sensitivity training. There are no words that can explain Billo. He wouldn't know if he was insulting someone gay or straight. I am surprised that this fellow has a program and the followers to view it. Real macho men, they.
