DNC jumps on the GOP's Resistance to Change

Yesterday, old GOPers: McCain, Cheney and Newt pretty much vetoed the idea of changing up their party. They believe they should remain the way they are and keep moving on.

However, the Dems seized the opportunity to define the GOP as the party of old and no...and they did it in an ad

Steele, start leading your party.

Now...He's just not that in to you, Moose Mess

McCain was asked about supporting his former VP candidate, Sarah Palin, for a 2012 bid.

He said:

"Oh, I'd have to see who the candidates are and what the situation is at the time," he said, adding in the same breath his "respect, admiration and love for Sarah and her family."

He's being nice, but the truth is "no". I don't think he will support her. He saw the mess she brings with her.

And I'm not talking about the kids and pirate husband, I'm talking about the people. Moose Mess brings the worst of America with her and that foolishness cost McCain the presidency.

So I see why he's hesitant to support her. Her drama damn near destroyed him and that is hard to come back from.

Sit Down, Johnny!

McCain got a message loud and clear from the Dems today.

Your alternative stimulus plan STINKS!

The poor man put up a plan that was smaller than Obama' s, but it almost made no sense. They voted 57-40 against McCain's $421 billion dollar plan.

McCain's plan would have cut the bottom two income tax brackets and reduced corporate income taxes. It also would have extended unemployment benefits and provide money to take care of military equipment demolished in the war. But nobody was hearing it. Nice try though, Magoo.

Interesting Quote: Moose Mess Palin

The biggest mistake made was that I could have called more shots on this: the opportunities that were not seized to speak to more Americans via media. I was not allowed to do very many interviews, and the interviews that I did were not necessarily those I would have chosen. But I was so thankful to have the opportunity to run with John McCain that I was not going to argue with the strategy decisions that some of his people were making regarding the media contacts. But if I would have been in charge, I would have wanted to speak to more reporters because that’s how you get your message out to the electorate.

Sarah's answer when asked: What was the biggest mistake made in the ’08 campaign?

No Support for Moose Mess

Yesterday, McCain was asked if he would support a Palin candidacy in 2012. McCain replied:

"I can't say something like that. We've got some great other young governors. I think you're going to see the governors assume a greater leadership role in our Republican Party."

Okay, so he was pressed on the matter and he said:

"Have no doubt of my admiration and respect for her and my view of her viability, but at this stage, again ... my corpse is still warm, you know?"

So in other words, no. No is his answer. What he wanted to say was,

"That heifer cost me everything! Her pirate for a husband, her fast ass daughter, her lack of knowledge, and her witch doctor cost me my only chance for the presidency. Hell naw, I ain't supporting that trollop!"

That what's he wanted to say.

In this Book, Joe Reveals his true Feelings for John

Joke the Plumber is truly biting the hand that jerked him. Now, after the election is over, Joe claims that he's appalled with McCain.

In an interview with Glenn Beck, he talked about his new book and his real feelings about the election and his favorite candidate.

GLENN: Well, okay. Let's take them one by one. Tell me about John McCain, something that I don't know.

JOE THE PLUMBER: Well, something you don't know, actually it's probably stuff that you've already guessed and has already been painted in the different media spotlights. Just, well, you know, the bailouts. When I was on the bus with him, I asked him a lot of questions about the bailout because most Americans did not want that to happen, yet he voted for it. At the same time he's talking about how he's going to make somebody famous if they even think about putting pork in the bill? We all know how much pork was in the $700 billion bailout package. And why did he vote for it? And I asked him pretty direct questions and some of the answers you guys are going to receive, you know, they appalled me, absolutely. You know, I was angry. In fact, I wanted to get off the bus after I talked to him.

GLENN: Really?

JOE THE PLUMBER: Oh, yeah.

GLENN: Why didn't you get off the bus?

JOE THE PLUMBER: Honestly because the thought of Barack Obama becoming President scares me even more.

So really, this is how he's trying his book. But Joe, McCain made you and somebody needs to break you. However, he has a right to his views. I just find it interesting that he claiming this now. But hey, he's an opportunist...What do you expect?
So reserve your book today!

The Secret McCain Attack Ad

Comic fans out there are familiar with the What If series from Marvel Comics. Basically, it telling different version a story like, What if the Magneto joined the Avengers or What if Grant Morrison didn't ruin/write for the X-Men?

Well, today ABC revealed the secret Ad that could've changed the game for McCain. Although he vowed not to use Rev. Wright in his campaign, his evil campaign folks made an 30 second Ad just in case. Check it out.

Would it made a difference?

Sarah P + Wardrobe = Mis-management

McCain's campaign manager, Rick Davis talked about the mis-management of Palin's wardrobe. But in his comment, he mentioned something that proved there was not any real vetting of Sarah. When he talked about the RNC conference, he said.

“We flew her out from Alaska to Arizona to Ohio to introduce her to the world and take control of her life. She didn’t think ‘dress for the convention’, because it might have just been a nice day trip to Arizona if she didn’t click with John. Very little prep had been done and if it had, we might have gotten picked off by the press. We were under incredible scrutiny."

"We were under incredible scrutiny. We got her a gal from New York and we thought, ‘Let’s get some clothes for her and the family.’ It was a failure of management not to get better control and track of that. "The right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing, what it was worth or where it was going. No one knew how much that stuff was worth. It was more our responsibility than hers.”

So it seemed that it was a quickie. Sarah really didn't know John and vice versa. This is so interesting, because they claimed that Sarah was the best pick for McCain. If that piece is true, then their whole campaign was a hot mess.

Kentucky Fried McCain

McCain won Kentucky, of course. No surprise there, I used to live in that Bible belt state so I expected that much.

Magoo is Scared Sh**less

And this is why...he amped up his fear tactics. Look here
And that's not all, McCain is questioning Obama's patriotism and talking about how he has ties to Rashid Khalidi. However, Magoo may want to back off that one since he gave several grants to the Palestinian research center co-founded by Rashid.

A 1998 tax filing for the McCain-led group shows a $448,873 grant to Khalidi's Center for Palestine Research and Studies for work in the West Bank. So maybe McCain should watch out Obama may have some tricks up his sleeve too.

Destro Dick Endorses McCain

With a few days to go and with nothing done before that, the most dangerous man in America just endorsed McCain. A little late are you, Dickie?

Fire Michael Goldfarb!

Who are they hiring at McCain car dealership? They never know anything and they have the right answers. These frat boys are the worst of McCain's campaign. Look here at this foolishness

Mikey, maybe you need to stick to blogging, because you are not ready for big screen.

Stood Up!

Our one night stand, Joe Worcestershire Sauce managed to stand up his date, McCain the other day. He was campaigning in Ohio and called up Jo-Jo, but Jo-Jo wasn't there. An aide of McCain's party said, he "decided not to come" and may join McCain later. See here

But the CNN folks went to his house to find Joe and when they did, he said "it was news to him". He was never told about going to an event, but he did show up at Moose Mess's soirée yesterday. Which makes me wonder if there's more to the story. Since Palin's stepping out from McCain's shadow, could there be any secret sabotage going on?

Identity Crisis

The Repubs are having a time trying to figure out their next step. Instead of going up, they've been running around in circles. Mostly because of Moose Mess and the civil war she kinda caused.

One side believes she killing the McCain machine, others believe she represent the core base, and others believe that core base is the dirty secret Repubs want to move away from. That secret is the group of evangelicals, joe dumb-packs, and misinformed. While they serve a purpose during election time, they are quickly shunned once things are over. Almost like that one night stand you liked for an hour and then you're done.

But with all of this mess, the new question should be: Who are the Repubs? Are they the new reformed folks McCain talks about? Are they the common man that Palin represents, or are they still the Reagan Repubs hidden somewhere just waiting for the right time to return.

Moose Mess has created something in the GOP party. She is the example of the stereotypical GOP. However, that's a scary thing. That base is, what I believe, the broken part of our country. That base represents the fear of change, ignorance, and foolishness. While the GOP are happy to have an energized base, they fear the curse that Bush brought on them may continue.

So I wonder, will the GOP figure out their group in time? Will they embrace the Palin variant of the Repubs or will they wipe her out like a stain after the election is over?

Interesting Quote: John Magoo

"Those polls have consistently shown me much further behind than we actually are. It all depends on the voter turnout ... we're doing fine. We have closed in the last week."

Keep on believing, Jonny, keep on.
