Seems like Miss Jenner's planning on supporting Ted Cruz for president. She believes she will be his ambassador to trans people.
She said
“I like Ted Cruz. I think he’s very conservative, and a great constitutionalist, and a very articulate man. I haven’t endorsed him or anything like that. But I also think, he’s an evangelical Christian, and probably one one of the worst ones when it comes to trans issues.”Ma'am... Ma'am.
How can Ted Cruz help Trans people? So far he's doing most to keep LGBT folks grounded, so I don't think he'll be on our side anytime soon.

It's quite clear that her brain has yet to transition if she thinks one of the most vile anti-LGBT bigots is someone with whom she can work.
Personally, I think she's just saying this to keep her face in the news.
