At Towson University: A Student wants to start a 'White Student Union' - WATCH
As mentioned in the clip, Matthew is just renaming his former group known as Youth for Western Civilization.
The group caused major issues on campus due their protests against gays, multicultural education and Muslims. So, Matthew ain't fooling anyone with this mess. This kid is a FBI suspect in training.

Ethnic student unions have historically been people of similar ethnic groups getting together to discuss their respective heroes who have made a positive change towards the advancement and equality of their race, and to discuss hopeful future accomplishments. This dude seems to just want to vilify that. So his false equivalency of the black student union is a disgusting insult.
