Abercombie & Fitch's Jack Off Scandal

I just read an interesting story about an A&F shoot going very, very far. A model named Benjamine Bowers was asked to jack off in front of Brian Hilburn (the modeling agent) to achieve a "relaxed look" at A&F photo shoot.

Well, the model actually stripped down and masturbated on set. When it was done, Hilburn whipped out his cock and talked about their cock sizes. I don't know what was said or done after that moment but Benjamine was shocked and embarrassed. Now he is suing A&F.
Brian Hilburn
This sounds like some type of porn script or a story from a CW series! But seriously, can he really sue? And is this a standard procedure on A&F photo sets? I wonder if this has happened more than once? I see a scandal coming on and possibly the fall of A&F.

This would all be tied to the photographer and if this were a woman, we'd all be yawning. This in not the first or the last time this has happened with a male model - with a male or female photographer. As any actor!

The model was retarded. who in their right mind needs to jack off for a shot?

The model had a choice? No expert on the industry but couldn't he have just acted relaxed? Sound flaky to me!

I don't think he has a case. Once he whipped it out, he was kinda done.

And once the photographer whipped it out, he should have left if he was so upset.

I agree with everything said here. I have no idea why this company does any business, with the way they treat people and body image, and not to mention all the scandals they get in. Years ago I used to but their Polos since Im a small guy, but after all this stuff came out about hiring certain people, I stopped partoizing, it just isn't right! The orginal owner and creator of A&F is probably rolling in his grave!!!!!!

I understand the model is claiming he felt pressured to do this in order to keep his job/ be considered for future employment. It's being handled as sexual harassment.

And I'll repeat what I posted on another forum concerning this case.

No one should ever feel pressured into sex regardless of the circumstances.
