Like he has a choice. His puppetmasters have given very clear instructions. If Walker even gave an inch the Koch brothers would soooo turn him out.
This is what happens when you sell your soul.
1) The sum in question is an infinitesimally small part of that $3.6 Billion
2) His non-movement on the collective bargaining shows his true hand.
3) The fake Koch phone call exposed the Governors true motive. He should be IMPEACHED!
