Amazing how a person can "flip-out" like that. He evidently, has no prior record with the law.
What could have made this person act so savagely, out of "nowhere?" Medication, or the lack thereof? Flashback? Was he hearing voices? And why did he attack that particular person? Why was that person his target? It's awful. Frightful. . .
The in-the-field news reporter said something to the effect of, "We're still trying to get our heads around it." Twice.
That sounds like something Clive Barker would write. Too gory for me!!
