Federal Appeals Court denies delay for Gay Marriage in Alabama

And it keeps coming from Alabama.

A federal appeals court denied the request to extend the stay on gay marriage. Now, gay couples can get married on February 9th.

True to form, the Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange said he will take the matter to SCOTUS.

"I am disappointed in the 11th U.S. Circuit Court's decision not to stay the federal district court's ruling. The confusion that has been created by the District Court's ruling could linger for months until the U.S. Supreme Court resolves this issue once and for all."

Please, Luther. You should know how this is going to go. Stop wasting everybody's time and energy. This battle is over.
