Russell Simmons felt the need to release this mess of a video. On his All Def Digital (ADD) Youtube page, Russell and Awesomeness TV CEO Brian Robbin, put out a video or parody on how Harriet Tubman freed the slaves.
The video is called, Harriet Tubman: Sex Tape and it's all about how Harriet tricked her master into running the Underground Railroad. WATCH
Messy.
Once this video was released, folks on the web went off. Petitions popped up and Twitter blew up. He took the video down. Russell should be ashamed of this... Especially, after his rant against Don Lemon.
I think Russell learned his lesson, but this mess will be a part of his legacy.
