Hardball take on the Florida Voter ID Law

Here is a great debate about Voter suppression in Florida. We need to know about this.

The Repug chair is lying throughout the interview. You can tell by the stuttering, the eye movements.

Of course the purges and Voter ID laws are about disenfranchising voters who might be leaning toward Democrats.

I'm glad DOJ is getting interested in this.

And here in RI we have voter ID too. And the thing is, when they implemented the Central Voter Registration Systems (CVRS) the instances of fraud dropped to absolute negligible levels. Not only did they drop to negligible levels it became obvious the DAY of the election.

And in RI there is a whole list of identification that can be used to obtain a Voter ID. One of them is a health club ID card. Pretty easy to fake with a printer and some laminate.

So in essence instead of the intended purpose of Voter ID being elimination of fraud, they have increased the potential for fraud.
