The cops in Waterloo, Iowa have arrested a suspect in the murder of Marcellus Andrews:
Officers arrested Paris Akeem Anding, 19, of 310 Crescent Place, Thursday on charges of second-degree murder. He was taken to the Black Hawk County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
Anding was also arrested on a separate warrant for aggravated assault in an unrelated case. Bond for that charge was set at $10,000.
Police and paramedics were called to a fight in the 200 block of Cottage Street at 12:45 a.m. Aug. 19 and found 19-year-old Marcellus Richard Andrews on the ground.

The victim looks like he might of had a smart mouth on him. This guy looks angry and I wonder if he took his frustrations out on an innocent? Truth be told I wasn't there.
