This man... Lord! Joe Arpaio claims that he has proof that President Obama's birth certificate is fake.
Yesterday, this fool said he knows for a fact it's a fraud.

Mike Zullo, the posse's chief investigator, said numeric codes on certain parts of the birth certificate indicate that those parts weren't filled out, yet those sections asking for the race of Obama's father and his field of work or study were completed.

Zullo said investigators previously didn't know the meaning of codes but they were explained by a 95-year-old former state worker who signed the president's birth certificate. Zullo said a writer who published a book about Obama's birth certificate and was aiding investigators let them listen in on an interview he conducted of the former state worker.

The Obama campaign declined to comment on Arpaio's allegations.

President Obama releases his Birth Certificate for the Idiots to See

This actually bothers me to no end. The White House release President Obama's birth certificate for the world to see. Honestly, Obama shouldn't have to prove to anyone that he's a US citizen, especially to liars, haters and racists.

Here's what my Boo had to say:

We're not going to be able to solve our problems if we get distracted by sideshows and carnival barkers," Obama said.

Obama did not specifically mention Donald Trump, but the prospective Republican presidential candidate and other critics have questioned whether Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on Aug. 4, 1961, and is therefore eligible for the presidency -- prompting today's extraordinary release.

In brief remarks at the White House, Obama said he knows he won't satisfy all the birthplace critics, but he pointedly added "I'm speaking to the vast majority of the American people."
"We do not have time for this kind of silliness," Obama said.

Obama -- who sent his personal lawyer to Hawaii this week to pick up the records -- also released letters from this month in which he and the lawyer requested copies of his birth certificate.
"The president believed it was becoming a major distraction from the issues we are having in this country," said communications director Dan Pfeiffer, who, like his boss, called the while thing a "fake controversy" and "a sideshow."

Yes, it's true that folks believed he was born in a different galaxy. But let's look at those people. Let's look at those idiots and fools who uses this drama to mask their racist and ignorant views. These people want to believe he's not one of us, because they can't handle the truth.

They can't handle the fact that this country is moving from the "America" they know. They can't handle that our president is a man of color. And, they can't handle that their bigotry towards race and sexual orientation is being called out and no longer tolerated in this country.

So I hope when these fools look at this birth certificate, some of them will see their own foolishness and their fear of change.

Gay Dads lose the Right to put names on their son's Birth Certificate

In Louisiana, Oren Adar and Mickey Ray Smith lost the battle to put both names on their son's birth certificate.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Tuesday that a Louisiana registrar's insistence that only one father's name can go on the certificate does not violate the child's right to equal protection under the law; nor does it deny legal recognition of the New York adoption by both men.

An attorney for the gay rights group Lamda Legal said the complex 72-page decision would have to be analyzed before a decision would be made on whether to appeal.

"These are certainly the types of claims that might interest the U.S. Supreme Court," said Ken Upton of Lamda Legal's Dallas office.

In Louisiana, adopted children get new birth certificates with their new parents' names on them. However, the state does not allow adoptions by unmarried couples. The state contends that putting both men's names on the birth certificate would violate state law.

 This is not fair. They are his parents they should be able to claim him as their child.

The House Judiciary Committee of Hawaii is considering a measure that would allow government officials to ignore information requests from people who don't believe President Obama was born in the United States (and thus not eligible to be president).

The bill, introduced yesterday, would allow the state's Office of Information Practices to label a birther a "vexatious requester" and limit his or her access to official state records for two years.

The Supreme Court shot down a silly ass appeal from Leo Donofrio; a poor New Jersey dope who thinks Obama shouldn’t serve as president. Dumbass Donofrio thought since Obama’s mama was American and his father was Kenyan, he would automatically fail the constitutional standards of being a “natural born citizen”.

I guess Donofrio has nothing else to do in his life. Was he there when Obama was born? Is he the Sam Beckett of this generation, traveling through time trying right the wrongs? The court denied the request without providing an explanation, and why would they, it’s clear this matter is stupid.

But that’s the sad part, it’s not so clear. There are other cases out there; including the idiot I wrote about last month, Philip J. Berg , who’s still claiming that Obama is not a citizen.

Why does that matter?

If Obama would have been a U.S. citizen, 8 USC §1481(a)(2) provides loss of nationality by native born citizens upon "taking an oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state ... after having attained the age of eighteen years," in violation of 8 U.S.C. §1401(a)(1). Simply put, since Indonesia did not allow for dual citizenship, if Obama got that passport in 1981, when he was 20 years old, he effectively renounced any U.S. citizenship he may have had.

So, if the experts are right, Obama forged a Certification of Live Birth to fool America. In addition to the automatic Indonesian citizenship granted to a child acknowledged as a "son" by an Indonesian male citizen, and the Indonesian citizenship listed in Obama's school records, Obama then traveled to a place where Americans weren't allowed to go, but citizens of Indonesia were. If he obtained an Indonesian passport on his trip in 1981, he effectively renounced any American citizenship he may have had and cannot serve as president (or "rule" as president, as members of his campaign have stated). These are serious questions that must have answers.

If Obama gets into office without verification that he has met the requirements of the U.S. Constitution, if you care about life, liberty or the family, you're going to have to make hundreds of calls to try and fight an agenda that seeks to silence you.

There is a way to help prevent this. Our founders sacrificed their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. I'm asking you to do three things.

1. Fast and pray for all the hidden things to come to light.
   
   
2. Call the Republican members of the House Judiciary Committee – in their district offices while they're home this week for Thanksgiving. Ask them to "Please hold congressional hearings to investigate whether Barack Obama meets the basic constitutional requirements for the highest office of the land."
   
   
3. Write a letter to the nine Justices of the United States Supreme Court (names are listed below) and put them in a FedEx (or other overnight) envelope to:

Our Constitution matters and defending it is going to take an outcry from the public. The electors vote on Dec. 15. The numbers are below and your immediate action is critically needed right now. Someone lay hands on Phillip J. Berg

Let the buffoonery start as Obama settles in his new role. Crazy of the week, Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the freak who filed a lawsuit suit against Obama for the lack of qualifications, has filed a Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court. Berg is taking legal action to see Obama's birth certificate and other similar documents. Why does he need to see this? Well he thinks Obama isn't an American.

Now, Berg's original case was dismissed earlier, but he filed this Writ in which, Obama has to respond with some type of answer.

Berg said “I look forward to receiving Defendant Obama's response to the Writ and am hopeful the US Supreme Court will review Berg v. Obama. I believe Mr. Obama is not a constitutionally-qualified natural-born citizen and is ineligible to assume the office of President of the United States.”

He also filed an an injunction but it was denied. It is expected that the Court will decide whether or not to review Berg v. Obama after the Defendants file their response, and Mr. Berg has replied to the Defendant’s response.

Berg is going all the way with this. Fool, this is a lost case. Obama couldn't have gotten this far without a birth certificate. Hell, I needed it just to get a Cali ID. And who in the rat's ass is Phillip Berg? What is his reason to exist right now? This is truly a mess, and how dare he demand to see Obama's personal records. He must not want his job or respect after this dramatic act is over. Silly, silly man.
