Great Hera, these fools won't quit trying to prove that Obama was born on Pandora.

But, Hawaii may have something for their dumbasses: Measure SB2937

The House Judiciary Committee of Hawaii is considering a measure that would allow government officials to ignore information requests from people who don't believe President Obama was born in the United States (and thus not eligible to be president).

The bill, introduced yesterday, would allow the state's Office of Information Practices to label a birther a "vexatious requester" and limit his or her access to official state records for two years.

Please put these racist fools in check, I'm sick of them.

Ha! Bishop Harry R. Jackson Jr. and his Brotherhood of Fools was hit with an egg in the face when the D.C. Board of Elections & Ethics decided their voter referendum to overturn the D.C. gay marriage recognition would violate the city's human rights law.

In fact, they said

"that the referendum does not present a proper subject of referendum because it would authorize discrimination prohibited under the Human Rights Act."

and...

"Because the referendum would authorize discrimination prohibited by the HRA, it is not a proper subject for referendum, and may not be accepted by the board."
