The new writer for the James Bond novels thinks Idris Elba is 'too street' to be 007!
In the Daily Mail’s Event Magazine, author Anthony Horowitz believes that Idris would be a bad choice.
"Idris Elba is a terrific actor, but I can think of other black actors who would do it better. For me, Idris Elba is a bit too rough to play the part. It’s not a colour issue. I think he is probably a bit too “street” for Bond. Is it a question of being suave? Yeah."Suave... Idris isn't suave?
This must be a straight man talking because Idris is suave, sexy and alluring.
Seriously, this Anthony Horowitz is a fool! Total fool!
