Good news, hopefully.
If Michael Sam passes his physical the Dallas Cowboys will sign him to the practice squad.
Michael would have the opportunity to earn some playing time in Dallas, as the Cowboys project to be a below-average pass-rushing defense.

This would be a good fit for him. He might even get off the practice squad and onto the regular 53-man squad at some point, too.
