Yes, because adults having sex with children is perfectly acceptable to all people.
First of all most every state in the union has an anti-polygamy or polyandry statute on the books. So it isn't legal per se.
However the concept that we all have to be monogamous (Which btw is rooted in straight sex.) is sort of a ridiculous notion. And it's among consenting adults and I don't see the harm of foul in it.
But the line is drawn at pedophilia - the lack of consent is present there.
