Quick Lesson in 'What is Freedom of Speech and How it Works?'
This is very brief:
You have the right to say whatever you want. However, if you work for a company that has specific polices or function in at-will states, you can be fired for saying whatever.
That's how we function in the job world. All companies have their polices. The minute you sign on, you are excepted to follow their rules and regulations.

Not to mention the Freedom of Speech part in the Constitution only applies to speaking out against the government. Lots of "Constitution Scholars" choose to be ignorant of that little fact.
