- I'm very laid back and easy going. I like to meet people, read, talk about politics, culture and life. I am a huge comic book fan (X-Men family and Wonder Woman) I also want to say that I am a proud black gay man...no 'down low' drama here

so far, equality matters is all about socarides and his appearances on tv.
Full Equality is pretty much the Juggernaut now.
That includes equality in service, in marriage, in everything.
But the U.S. is always the LAST to adopt equality for any given group. Look how long it took us to end slavery, to grant voting rights to women, to allow women to serve in the military. We're always LAST!
Part of it is because we're just too damned geographically big. Our numbers dictate the number of congressmen in the House. It is a body that grows over time and makes it harder to reach consensus on matters.
It really would be better if the U.S. were broken into administrative regions with only the big budgeting matters relegated to congress.
