I know that's right!
I am sure that his comments are more political than personal. He's probably right to not tip his hand at this time. He's got two years of Repub nonsense to tackle at this point. While I share the sentiment, I also realize that like it or not, our system plays political games and uses soundbites over facts. He'll be better with it once he establishes his second term. I guarantee that. :)

To me, it sounds like something political correct as well. If the bill came across his desk tomorrow he would sign it.
I agree, even though it still comes off as if he is struggling with the idea of gay unions, but he's doing what he can
