New Pic: Bishop Eddie Long and the Drag Queen Diva, Miss Sophia

I just saw this pic on DaSeekah's blog and had to share this.

From DaSeekah:
Hey Eddie remember that sermon you did where you talked about men acting like men and women acting like women and it turns your stomach when you see people acting outside the typcial gender roles such as women in the army, women wearing men suits, men cleaning house...etc.......umm yeah....
I guess his stomach ain't turning here, right? Eddie is hanging out with Miss Sophia, a well known drag personality in the ATL

Very interesting. Yeah, I think the pastor does have some sugar in the tank.

Ms Sophia was part of a very popular morning radio show in ATL. But they let her go in late May.
Sophia was so funny.

Wouldn't it just be easier to just preach from a genuine place of truth? I'm no saint, and no where near perfect. I'm only out to the people that matter; however, I've grown leaps and bounds in accepting myself, so that I wouldn't be like dudes I've spoken with that live like Eddie Long. I was more of a prisoner than, and now, I'm a bit freer. This only hurts us more than it helps us. Right now, there is some dude looking at Eddie Long's situation. He is probably telling himself that he has to be more careful not to slip up like Long. . .When I think about this situation, and honestly and truly get sad. It also doesn't help that Long looks like a former crush of mine. *sigh

That sermon on keeping within genders is non sensical to begin with - he's another one of those people who preach crap and then double back - it's hyprocrisy!

I think that if people who don't have a dollar to spare think they are doing God's work by funding Long's extravagant lifestyle, they would believe any bs sermon he cared to preach. If my grandmother hadn't already passed before the whole PTL Jim Baker nonsense came out, it would have killed her. She was broke as a joke, but she still sent money to that evil bastard.
