Rand Paul supporter, Timothy Profitt is due in Court for assault

You know that Rand Paul supporter, Timothy Profitt, who stomped on the activist? Well he has to appear in court November 18th.

He is charged with a fourth-degree assault for attacking her, which is a misdemeanor.

Fourth-degree assault can result to the maximum penalty of 12 months in jail, a $500 fine or a combination of both. Let's shoot for both.
