In Clash of the Titans, one of the best moments was given to us by Thetis, the sea goddess.
Here is a scene, where Miss Queen Cassiopeia learns a serious lesson when she compares Andromeda's beauty to Thetis.
Well, this goddess didn't like that at all (skip to the 3:10 mark)

Maggie Smith is such a Diva - LOVE her - I only hope that the gods and goddesses in the remake are a THIRD as fierce.

I love that scene, too. I loved the gods and goddesses of this version and agree that I hope the new version will do it justice. I think I doubt that it will. It'll be given the Hollywood treatment, rather than the somewhat reserved meddling that the Olympians did in this version. I'm betting they will be more emotional and "human". I rather like the stiff, withdrawn way in which they were portrayed in the original.
Still a great Diva moment indeed!
Okay, I just thought she was a bitch. Not in a good way either...lol.
