I hope she never drives a bus again!
This is over the top! I'm happy they have it on film and there were plenty of witnesses. They moved her to another bus route without a GLBT person? Right.
I don't think she should lose her job. But I do think that adequate disciplinary action should be taken. She should be suspended without pay for a duration of time as well as made to work at a GLBTQ community center or gay affirming church for a time period. And work in a capacity that makes her have to interact with some of the disenfranchized and hurt souls from the gay community that had to grow up dealing with people like her. And maybe some diversity training on top of that.
I think education would go a lot further than being fired. Losing her job just gives her a reason to judge the GLBTQ community even more.
