In Missouri: An Unarmed Black Teen was Killed by a Cop, Community Protest

In Ferguson, Mo, a Black teenage boy was shot by a cop at the Canfield Green Apartment complex. What was the reason? Well, so far, there's no reason given.

The victim was 18-year-old Michael Brown. He was on his way to his grandmother's home. When she didn't hear from him, she (Desiree Harris) started looking for him... sadly, she found his body in the middle of the street. Yes, the cops left his body in the middle of the fu*king street! Once folks got a hold of the news, they started to protest the police.

A spokesman for the St. Louis County Police Department said "a couple hundred" folks were present. They were pissed and angry about this incident. I mean think about it, a cop kills an unharmed teen and no reason was given. Hell yeah, I would be mad as Hell. It's a consistent reminder why Black folks have issues with the police system.

Anywho, as the crowd grew, about 60 other police units came out to the scene. Thank goodness there were no violent attacks, but there are a lot of unanswered questions about Michael Brown's death. The St. Louis County NAACP has launched an investigation and asked the FBI to get involved. St. Louis County Police are also a part of the investigation.

Unless I imagined it on Twitter, the police brought out a riot tank at some point. Left the kid's body in the street for FOUR hours and as of when I went to bed last night no apologies or even an explanation.
