This damn bill is back and causing a foolishness alert across my home state. After it's 'death' last year, I guess the creators of this bill thought it needed more mess added to it.

A school counselor, nurse, principal or assistant principal from counseling a student who is engaging in, or who may be at risk of engaging in, behavior injurious to the physical or mental health and well-being of the student or another person; provided, that wherever possible such counseling shall be done in consultation with the student’s parents or legal guardians. Parents or legal guardians of students who receive such counseling shall be notified as soon as practicable that such counseling has occurred.So now, the kid could be in danger of getting beaten, kicked out or worse. These fools are not thinking of the children's best interest.

I'd love to see a "Don't Say Bigot" bill, just like I'd love to see divorce outlawed here in Cali as payback for Prop H8.
