Staying in tune with Marvel's bi-racial Spider-Man, DC will introduce a Black Superman.
In ACTION COMICS #9, this Superman will be brought in to fight another super being from the multiverse. We will also get an extra story about this particular Superman.
This story is a part DC's New Wave, which will explore the other DC universes. This will be a standalone story for the Black Superman, however he may be back in future story lines. I am curious to see where this will go, so I will reading it.

We've had some before, including the Legends of the DCU Crisis Special, Morrison's Final Crisis, and others...we'll see how this works. (I always liked Icon, personally!)
Is this the same guy from Pre-Crisis Vik, that they killed off?
