Issues of race is alive and well in the 21st century. Just when we thought it was safe from the birthers, more mess arises. A fool named Gordon Warren Epperly said Obama can't be president because he is bi-racial. And he's so serious about this, he has filed a lawsuit!

As Barack Hussein Obama II is of the "mulatto" race, his status of citizenship is founded upon the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Before the [purported] ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment, the race of "Negro" or "mulatto" had no standing to be citizens of the United States under the United States Constitution.

Thank GOD that the good in America outwiegh the bad. This man is just sick.
So this Epperly idiot must be time traveling because here are a few dates that make me belive that's the case.
The 14th amendment, 1866.
Hawaii's entry into the union, 1959.
President Obama born in 1961. So he as born on U.S. soil which makes him a natural born citizen.
Another baseless lawsuit. It figures. And I see blogger STILL hasn't fixed the OpenID issue so I have to use my #(*&@#(*&#$% blogger credentials to post this.
INsane! He thinks we're not natural citizens if we're not pure bred white.
