Sure! As Dale pointed out, be wary of the YouTube trolls. They are quite nasty since no one monitors the comments.
Only if you do them in the nude. Otherwise, what's the point?

Whatever makes you happy. I'm sure your followers would love to see you on video, and hear you.
But, this blogging thing really takes a lot of time in our life... so it might just be added responsibility. (Wardrobe, diction, lighting, etc.)
