Karl was freaking HOTT on Xena... I don't like that helmet though, I know it was that big in the comic, but some things need to be translated a little better when coming to the movie screen so they don't look so comical.
Say what you will, the Versace designed armor that Stallone wore looked so much better than that.

I'm glad you posted this. I remember, right after the Jonah Hex movie bombed... there was an article on the comic book sites, where many people in Hollywood came out the woodworks afterwards to give their perspective on why Jonah Hex failed. And one of the guys said "You never cover the face of a handsome leading man." So what's the point of Josh Brolin if you make him ugly. Same rule might apply here? Maybe they shoulda got someone like... the excellent Hugo Weaving (who was great in V for Vendetta).
