I saw this pic on Joe.My.God. and I was excited. To see a billboard showcasing LGBT people of color as a family is rare, beautiful and paramount to the overall cause.
So I did some searching and found out more stuff about IOOV. Here's a news clip from a couple of weeks ago.

I wish them luck and hopefully, other groups will follow suit.
