New Teaser Trailer: The Pier Kids: The Life

A new Kickstarter campaign is coming.

The documentary called The Pier Kids: The Life will be about the LGBT homeless youth in NYC. The campaign starts on Nov. 1st, but you can see a bit of it from the teaser.

The Kickstarter campaign will help the film get completed and pay for the post-production costs.

Good luck, we are cheering for you. This looks like a great project and I will definitely support this.

Sarah Michelle Gellar: If the story's Right, I'll do a Buffy Movie

E! News asked SMG if a Buffy movie could be made through Kickstarter?

She said:

"Joss and I always talk about [a movie]. But the thing with Buffy is that Buffy was a movie, and it ultimately didn't work as a film. And I mean, we had such miles to overcome when we were trying to do a TV show based on a movie. And one of the reasons is that the story works better over time. If there was ever the right story, we would do it. At this point, the stake would be my walker and I would be hobbling in."

Kickstarter will bring Veronica Mars Movie to Life

Several years ago, Veronica Mars was on TV. The smart and interesting show won fans over quickly, but in a NYC minute, it was cancelled.

But the creator, Rob Thomas, brought it back through Kickstarter. Within 10 hours, Rob raised over 2 million dollars for a VM movie.

2 MILLION!

Rob must be feeling really good. Validation like this, is too perfect. If you don't know what Veronica Mars is, here's a clip from the Kickstarter page
