Sad news for Elton.
He tried to adopt an Ukrainian baby name Lev, however he was told that he was too old and not "married" by traditional standards.
According to the Ukraine ministry, adoptive parents must be married and be a man and woman. They do not accept gay marriage as traditional marriage.
I hope Elton keeps trying. If he and his partner are willing to love and care for Lev, then nothing should stop that. It is foolish to deny a child a loving family.

No he will stay in the Ukraine with a family that maybe has enough resources to care for him...
Instead of going home with ELTON JOHN! Who could bathe him in 24-carat gold buttermilk every single night and send him to be best schools, schools that haven't even been invented yet they're so good.

For one he is a bitchy, bitter, old queen and I can just imagine what might happen if the child doesn't tuck his bed sheets in neatly...Can we say MOMMY DEAREST much?
Hell no. Elton shouldn't be allowed to adopt pets either! I don't see how his husband lives with him.
