Stand By Your Man? Oh, Cindy, No!

After Cindy McCain spoke on the NOH8 PSA, she put this on her Twitter
Really? Oh Cindy. Now, maybe this wasn't her. Maybe this was a political issue? I don't know, but I hope she talks about this soon, or at least her daughter may address this.

I have to say that I'm disappointed, but I'll wait until I hear the real facts from her... I hope.

Interesting Quote: Cindy McCain

“Unfortunately, a terrible tragedy has occurred, but something was learned from it. And something good will come from it too. It’s time people all around the globe stop hate. There’s really no room for hate.”
Her comment about the gay suicides.

Interesting Quote: Meghan McCain

“She has always been for marriage equality. There are just people who are always going to disagree on this. I think it’s a civil rights issue. Some people think it’s a party politics issue. As long as there are people who are considered unequal in this country, I think that is completely un-American.”

Gay Marriage: Cindy 1, John 0

Yesterday, Cindy McCain posted her NOH8 pic.

Today, John McCain released this statement.
"Sen. McCain believes the sanctity of marriage is only defined as between one man and one woman."

Interesting to say the least. But I guess he has to send that message, since he's running for Senator in Arizona again. And you know how Arizona feels about anything progressive.
