I read his book years ago and always felt bad that he couldn't be out, even though it seemed many in the league knew he was gay and were fine with it.
I do however take umbrage with his talking about Michael Sam's 'friend' kissing him. I know Kopay is from another generation but Vito is Michael's boyfriend.
