In Wisconsin: The Attorney General files appeal to halt Same-Sex Weddings

You knew it was going to happen.

Wisconsin's Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen filed a petition to halt to gay weddings in the state.

J.B. said the county clerks shouldn't have started issuing same-sex marriage licenses because the ruling wasn't intended to be ready for at least two weeks.

Judge Crabb will speak on this matter at 1 p.m. Eastern time.

The judge said let the marriages continue
