You know who Rick Tyler sounds like? Remember the movie Ghostbusters? The attorney played by Rick Moranis? Yeah, that's who he reminds me of when he speaks.
Notice that Tyler can NEVER elaborate on the policies that will lift people out of welfare, food stamps, etc.
Tyler is adopting a pure defensive game plan. He can't say what the Republicans would do for us.
