First Look: X-Men Anime Design, Cast and Story

Here is the pic of the main characters in the new anime.
The new X-Men anime's voice cast is almost entirely different from the casts that dubbed the 1992-1997 American animated series and the live-action film franchise. However, Koyama is voicing the title character in MADHOUSE's ongoing Wolverine anime series, and Hino had previously dubbed the character Jean Grey into Japanese for the live-action films.
According to Animax and Marvel, the story is set one year after the death of Jean Grey and after the X-MenMen, Professor X, summons his team from all over the globe. The reunited X-Men travel to Japan where they encounter a supremacist cult called the U-Men.

The series will premiere on Animax on April 1. Animax already launched an Iron Man and Wolverine anime, and it is also planning an anime for Marvel's Blade character this summer. The American network G4 plans to begin running these four titles this year. organization has effectively disbanded. However, Hisako Ichiki (Armor) — a mutant middle school girl living in northeastern Japan — has gone missing. An emergency call for help is sent, and the founder of the X-Men. Professor X, summons his team from all over the globe. The reunited X-Men travel to Japan where they encounter a supremacist cult called the U-Men.

Wow, Beast is HUGE. Wolverine is exceptionally tall and skinny as well. Both of them should be shorter. Beast is the same height as Storm (5'11) and Wolverine even shorter than that(5'3). I guess they are combining Beast and Colossus sorta. Letting him be the big super strong brute of the team as well as the brains. Oh and Scott Summers is 6'3. Maybe they are just going more for the movie wolverine.

I like everything about Storm's costume design except her cape. Storms cape is designed to use her wind to lift her up since she doesn't actually fly like Superman. So they are kinda like paragliding apparatus under each arm. (Which is why her cape is attached to her wrists.) Right now it just looks like a plain old cape. But hey, we'll see.

I haven't watched Iron Man or Wolverine. I'll have to check those out. I also heard that they made a Supernatural anime too. Do you know Vik whether the Anime premiered overseas already or not?

Good looking out!

If Wolverine keeps growing in size, eventually he'll be as tall as a Sentinel.
