I hope the manager that spoke with her gets fired. It was bad enough he wasn't going to give her the job because she was transgendered, but to call her and insult her, that pushes things into a whole other realm.
The whole thing about this was it was a damn McDonalds. He called her acting like he was sooooooooo INSULTED, as if he were hiring her to work as a corporate CEO or something. It is Mcdonalds!
