David Tennant and Catherine Tate are together Again

Doctor Who's odd couple are joining forces for Shakespeare at the West End.

Deadline has the story:

Catherine Tate, who played Tennant’s mouthy companion Donna in the BBC sci-fi show, will play opposite the Doctor Who star in Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing. It’s the first time the 2 have appeared on stage together, although they get on famously. On stage they will be playing lovers who are pretty much extensions of their Doctor Who roles: Benedick and Beatrice’s endless witty sparring threatens to keep them apart forever. Much Ado opens at Wyndham’s Theatre in London’s West End on June 1. Tate can currently be seen in the Jack Black comedy Gulliver’s Travels.
This should be fun to watch.

The 10th Doctor is Marrying the 5th Doctor's Daughter?

The Doctor Who universe is getting a little incestuous. David Tennant is getting married to Georgia Moffett, who is the 5th Doctor's (Peter Davison) daughter.
Moffett's dad played the Fifth Doctor from 1981 to 1984 and was, until Matt Smith came along, the youngest actor ever to play the famous Time Lord, at the age of 29. Davison later made a return appearance as the Doctor in 2007, alongside David Tennant's Ten, in the Children in Need special Time Crash.

David Tennant and Georgia Moffett have been dating ever since the Fifth Doctor's daughter guest-starred on (get this) The Doctor's Daughter, when she played his artificially generated biological daughter Jenny during the show's fourth season in 2008. Moffett more recently appeared in a season-two episode of Merlin titled Sweet Dreams.

The happy couple plans to marry on New Year's Day 2012.

Congrats to them!

David Tennant...

There's something about him that I find so sexy.

I love him as Doctor Who and will miss him after he's gone.

He's so cute!

David Tennant starts his final Doctor Who performance in December

David's leaving soon (sad) and here is the airdate for the next special:

Doctor Who: The Waters of Mars airs on BBC AMERICA, Saturday December 19, 9:00pm ET/PT.

It stars Tennant and British stage and screen actress Lindsay Duncan (Rome, Langford) as Adelaide, his cleverest and most strong-minded companion.

All will be revealed as the Doctor and his companion Adelaide face terror on the Red Planet in one of the scariest adventures yet. Peter O'Brien (Casualty, Neighbours) guest stars as Ed, Adelaide's second-in-command at the base.
