Well crap!
Commonwealth Court Judge Dan Pellegrini just ordered Montgomery County court clerk D. Bruce Hanes to stop issuing marriage licenses to gay couples. The judge said that Hanes overstepped his authority when he granted licenses to gay and lesbian couples in July.
